Technology and Life
We all are living in the 21st
century where pop culture dominates and everyone like to keep
themselves updated with the latest trends whether it's tech, automobile
or clothes. I think the most dominant factor is clothes. Nowadays
fashion industry is on fire. Nobody wants to be old fashioned and
outdated especially when it comes to clothes. Now let’s talk about the
dressing sense or do clothes change the attitude of people. First, let
me tell you that I tried this experiment and for me it was really game
changing. When I started my first year of college, in the first semester
I tried outdated clothes and I really don’t care about how I look which
results in fewer friends and fewer girls around me. Yes, fewer girls. I
was like the person who just care about just studies. I thought what
the matter is this because I just concentrate only on books or my
attitude or my clothes? Then I saw one classmate which I have never seen
in my class because I don’t really care about my surrounding who is
present or who’s not. He dresses sharp but he was not sharp in studied
but then also very was around him. After that I change my lifestyle I
start spending money on fashion accessories and after one month when I
started my second semester something happened and that something was the
change of attitude with the change in clothes. Now more people started
talking to me and my social circle started expanding. In this
generation, people don’t speak from their mouth they speak through
clothes they wear. Moreover, it makes you feel confident whether you are
going for an interview, presentation or job. Dressing sharp makes you
stand out from the crowd of normal people. In job interviews also if you
look good and you suit up better than other it gives you a little bit
advantage over the other. I have seen people who wear casual for the
interview if you don’t want to wear a business suit than at least wear
business casual which is perfect for almost all the interviews.
Life without Smartphones possible or not??????
Let’s
see what we do in our daily life and whether we do these things without
technology or not. We wake up early in the morning with the help of
alarm which is the great idea possible with the help of technology.
After get out from bed ask yourself what’s the next thing which you do.
Personally, I check notifications on my mobile and listen to music. I
think most of the people also do the same. In the whole day if I’m not
at the job I literally spend maximum time on mobile weather I am with my
friends or with family. On an average maximum people spend their 90
mins of the day on their smartphones. We don’t spend as much time with
any other technology that we spend with our smartphones. One day I saw a
child crying I thought that he might be hungry but when his mother gave
him mobile he stopped crying. I was surprised a 1-year-old child needs a
smartphone to entertain himself instead of toys or Television. I think
you have also encountered with this type of scenario which is funny and
tells us how the life will be in future. I think in future a 2-year-old
child will demand a smartphone. The word smartphone sounds like we are
addressing something smarter than us which it is. Nowadays most the
individual performs
a
basic calculation on their smartphone. If we are asked something we just
google it instead of remembering it. Personally, I don’t remember any
phone number except my father’s and my number which make me dumb and my
phone a smartphone which has more than 100 contacts. I think in future
when students are asked something in class they will google it instead
remembering it which sounds hilarious but actually it is becoming
reality. If someone ask something and we know the answer than also we
google for the answer to double check. If someone is said to live one
day of his life without smartphone he won’t be able to spend his day
even I have also tried to spend my day without using the smartphone and I
was unable to do that. It has become part of our body without which we
become somewhat useless. Hopefully, in future, we don’t have to depend
so much on our smartphones.
